This has been one of the first local shows of the year for some time and is held in late April or early May in the car park of John Smiths brewery, Tadcaster. The hard surface is helpful if the weather has been wet and there is space for over 200 cars.

April 29th is the date this year and the plans are falling into place. The on site club has agreed to provide hot food and drinks, as well as toilet facilities. They also have a bar.

All proceeds from this years show are for the benefit of Martin House Hospice in Boston Spa. Their volunteers will be collecting on site, and tickets for the annual car raffle will be on sale. We hope to have the prize car to display as well. A concours competition will be held during the show, judged by one of our members, and a winners shield and other prizes are to be won. If you would like your car to be considered, let one of the marshals know as you arrive.

Volunteers are needed for various tasks on the day so please let us know if you are prepared to help.(Dennis-07710 612052)

We’ve done all we can, even the ice cream van is booked, all we need is some good weather and YOUR CAR, it doesn’t have to be anything amazing. Entry forms and passes will be available at the club night, on April 9th( or by post). Entry is free but if you want to give a donation for the hospice it will be passed on.
